The Sitka Business Function Group (BFG) of the BC Libraries Cooperative consists of those libraries currently using Sitka's Evergreen (or those with a signed Expression of Interest to join).
The Sitka Business Function Group (BFG) consists of those libraries currently using Sitka's Evergreen (or those with a signed Expression of Interest to join). The Sitka BFG develops and ratifies policy pertaining to the operation of Sitka's Evergreen instance.

- Sitka's fees are set by its member libraries. The current fee schedule is in place through 2013:
- Sitka's first year's fee schedule for public libraries is available here
- Sitka's recurring fee schedule for public libraries is available here
- Note: recurring fees commence in a library's second year, and are pro-rated in that year.
- All other libraries should contact us for fee information
