The Sitka ILS Advisory Committee's final meeting was held on October 21, 2008 (see below). At that meeting, a transition process began towards Sitka's Evergreen being governed by the BC Libraries Cooperative

The ILS Advisory Committee (scroll down to see its membership) was established to work out issues of governance, structure and organization for a province-wide, library community-owned, open source ILS using Evergreen software. From June, 2007 through October, 2008, the ILS Advisory Committee members held regular meetings and reported back to the BC library community at conferences and other events. The ILS Advisory Committee struck 4 Working Groups; Cataloguing, Circulation, Governance and Gap Analysis. Their minutes and agendas - if available - are posted here.
